We process your details to handle your enquiry. Mandatory fields are marked. Retention: until completion or statutory retention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract/contract) or (f).
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With consent only, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Pseudonymous usage data are processed; IP addresses are not stored long-term. Data may be transferred to the US based on EU SCCs. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

- Self-hosted infrastructure: servers operated directly by SoftEdge UG (haftungsbeschränkt); no external hosting/CDN providers.
- Analytics provider (on consent): Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
- Communication/e-mail provider (processor): Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (Data Processing Addendum in place).
International Transfers
Where providers outside the EU/EEA are used, we ensure an adequate level of protection under Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures.
Retention
Personal data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Your Rights
- Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20).
- Object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) with future effect.

Obligation to Provide Data
There is no statutory obligation to provide data when visiting the site. For contact requests, some information is necessary; otherwise we may be unable to respond.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not conduct automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
